Conveniently located off East Southlake Boulevard and Tower Boulevard, just one floor up from Baylor Scott & White Health Southlake Family Medicine, our urgent care providers are pleased to provide the communities of Southlake, Grapevine, Trophy Club and beyond with extended hours, seven days a week, for patients in need of immediate care now, instead of later.
When you need more advanced care, our walk-in clinic is less than 10 minutes away from Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine, which offers a full-service, 24-hour ER.

While you can schedule an appointment at our urgent care clinic online via MyBSWHealth, walk-ins are also welcome. If you have a sudden medical concern, you can walk in and see a provider at our Southlake urgent care center without an appointment.
