Who receives the survey?

Press Ganey typically sends the Medical Practice survey within 24 hours of a patient’s visit. Surveys are delivered via text message or email, depending on the contact information provided.

Patients are invited to share feedback about the care they received, which helps us continuously improve every aspect of the clinic experience.

Our goal is to ensure that every patient receives an exceptional experience of care.

Do you post all comments?

Comments from the Provider section of the Medical Practice survey—whether positive or negative—are posted unedited to preserve authenticity. However, we do not post comments that:

  • Include identifiable personal information or protected health information (PHI) in violation of HIPAA
  • Provide feedback about another provider or department
  • Contain vulgar, profane, racist, slanderous, or objectively offensive language
  • Reference narcotic medications
  • Are part of an ongoing legal review or raise unique concerns requiring further evaluation
